Then you get home, and friends ask: "Where should I stay in [city]?" You tell them about the hotel. You try to remember the restaurant names. You screenshot old texts. It's clunky. The magic gets lost.

Meanwhile, the hotel that gave you those perfect recommendations? They never knew you shared them. They couldn't measure the impact of your word-of-mouth. They couldn't thank you, or reward you, or even know that you sent them a booking.
